Hello Residents!

Week of 7/20/26:  This week, we will be prepping and painting Building 1 (RED). On Friday, 7/24, we will be power washing Building 2 (BLUE).  Please make sure that you have moved outdoor furniture and personal items inside or away from walls.  Remove anything hanging on patio/balcony walls.  Remember: Items left outside during power washing may get wet, and items left out during painting are the homeowner’s responsibility.
