Las Casas Condominiums 2026

Hello Residents,

Week of 10/12/26:  This week, we will complete painting Lots 1-4 marked in BLUE on Monday, 10/12.  We will also power wash, prep and paint Lots 5-8 marked in RED.  On Thursday, 10/15, we will power wash Lots 9-12 marked in ORANGE.  Please make sure that vegetation, decor, lights and critter fencing are removed from the walls and iron so that we have access to paint.  All patio items, including furniture/rugs/grills/wall decorations/TVs/other items attached to the building should be moved to the center of the patio and covered, moved inside, or moved to the garage.  Feel free to call our office with any questions.
