Week of 7/13/26: This week, we will prep and paint Building 22 and Building 23 (RED). Please make sure that you have moved outdoor furniture and personal items inside or away from walls. Remove anything hanging on patio/balcony walls. Remember: Items left outside during power washing may get wet, and items left out during painting are the homeowner’s responsibility. Feel free to call our office with any questions.
Week of 7/6/26: On Monday, we will paint all of the front doors in Building 6 and Building 7 (BLUE). We will also start prepping and painting Building 19 and Building 20 (RED). Please make sure that you have moved outdoor furniture and personal items inside or away from walls. Remove anything hanging on patio/balcony walls. Week of 6/29/26: This week, we will prep and paint Building 6 and Building 7 (RED). Because our office will be closed on Friday, 7/3 for the July 4th Holiday, the doors in Building 6 and Building 7 will be painted on Monday, 7/6 when the crew returns.
