Hello Residents!
Week of 6/22/26: This week, we will prep and paint Building 24 and Building 25 (RED). On Friday, 6/26, we will power wash Building 6 and Building 7 (BLUE). Please make sure that you have moved outdoor furniture and personal items inside or away from walls. Remove anything hanging on patio/balcony walls. Remember: Items left outside during power washing may get wet, and items left out during painting are the homeowner’s responsibility. Feel free to call our office with any questions.
