Hello Residents!
We have completed the painting project in Tramonto. We appreciate you and thank you for choosing Titan Painting for all of your painting needs!
Week of 10/27/25: Our crew will not be onsite in Tramonto until the week of 11/17/25. The week of 11/17/25, the crew will return to Tramonto West to complete final go backs to attempt painting view fencing that was missed due to critter fencing, plants, locked gate, etc. If your view fence has not been painted, please prepare for us to return the week of 11/17/25. Feel free to call our office with any questions.
Week of 10/13/25: This week, we will be painting culvert railings in Tramonto East and Tramonto West. We will also be going back for our last attempt to paint view fencing in Tramonto East and Tramonto West that have been skipped for various reasons (critter fencing, plants, locked gate, etc.). Please make sure your vegetation, decor, lights, and critter fencing are removed from the fence so that we have access to paint. Leave your side gate unlocked and secure pets indoors. Week of 10/6/25: This week, we will be painting the gate and the fence marked in RED in Tramonto West. Feel free to call our office with any questions.
Week of 9/29/25: This week, we will be painting view fencing in Tramonto West in the areas in RED (W4, W5). We will also be going back to Tramonto East to attempt painting view fencing that we had to skip for various reasons (critter fencing, plants, locked gate, etc.). Please make sure your vegetation, decor, lights, and critter fencing are removed from the fence so that we have access to paint. Leave your side gate unlocked and secure pets indoors. Week of 9/22/25: Next week, we will be painting view fencing in Tramonto West in the areas in RED (W3, W4)). Week of 9/2/25: Next week, we will be painting view fencing in Tramonto West in the areas in RED (W17 and W19). Please make sure your vegetation, decor, lights, and critter fencing are removed from the fence so that we have access to paint. Leave your side gate unlocked and secure pets indoors. Week of 8/25/25: Next week, we will be going back through Tramonto East to paint view fencing that was originally skipped due to various reasons (plants, critter fencing, etc.). We will also be starting to paint the view fencing in Tramonto West this week. Please make sure your vegetation, decor, lights, and critter fencing are removed from the fence so that we have access to paint. Leave your side gate unlocked and secure pets indoors. Week of 8/18/25: Next week, we will be painting the view fencing in the areas in RED. We will also be completing iron repair for view fencing around the Tramonto East Community. If you have orange tape on your fence, this means that we have identified areas on your fence in need of repair. Please make sure your vegetation, decor, lights, and critter fencing are removed from the fence so that we have access to paint and complete any iron repairs needed. Please leave your side gate unlocked and secure pets indoors. Feel free to call our office with any questions.

Week of 7/28/25: Next week, we will be painting the view fencing in the areas in RED. We will also be completing any iron repairs that have been identified. If your view fencing has been marked with any orange tape, we will be coming to complete iron repair over the next couple of weeks. We will start in E11 and then E5, E10, E16, E7, E6/8, E14, E13, E3 and E12. Feel free to call our office with any questions.
