Promontory at Foothills West 2025

Hello Residents!

We have completed the painting project at Promontory at Foothills West.  We appreciate you and thank you for choosing Titan Painting for all of your painting needs!

Week of 1/19/26: This week, we will continue painting in the community areas (culvert railings, walls, mailboxes).  Feel free to contact our office with any questions.

Week of 1/12/26: This week, we will be painting view fencing at homes that have had to be skipped for any reason during the project.  We will also complete any needed iron repair.  In addition, we will be painting in the community areas (culvert railings, walls and mailboxes).  Feel free to call the office with any questions!

Week of 12/22/25 and 12/29/25: Titan Painting will be closed for the holidays from 12/22/25-1/2/26.  Our crew will be back onsite in Promontory on Monday, 1/12/26.  Happy Holidays!

Week of 12/15/25: This week, we will be painting the walls in the areas marked in BLUE.  We will also be painting view fencing in the areas marked in PURPLE.  Please make sure that vegetation, decor, lights and critter fencing is removed from the iron so that we can access to paint.  Please leave your side gate unlocked and secure pets indoors.  Feel free to call our office with any questions.

Week of 11/24/25: Unfortunately, we were rained out the week of 11/17.  So, this week, we will be painting the walls in the areas marked in ORANGE.  We will also be painting view fencing in the areas marked in RED.  Please make sure that vegetation, decor, lights and critter fencing is removed from the iron so that we can access to paint.  Please leave your side gate unlocked and secure pets indoors.  Our crew will be onsite on Monday, 11/24-Wednesday, 11/26 from 6am-4pm.  We will be closed for Thanksgiving on Thursday, 11/26-Friday, 11/27.  Feel free to call our office with any questions.

Week of 10/13/25: We are excited to be starting the painting project at Promontory at Foothills Club West this week!  This week, we will start prepping and painting common area walls and miscellaneous common area painting (culvert rails, mailboxes).  This part of the project is expected to be completed by 11/14/25.  Feel free to call the office with any questions.
