Fairways At The Legacy 2025

We have completed the painting project at Fairways At Legacy. We appreciate you and thank you for choosing Titan Painting for all of your painting needs!
Week of 12/8: This week, we will be prepping, completing iron repair and painting the gates at the 24th St & Fremont Rd entrance. Feel free to call our office with any questions.
Week of 12/1/25: This week, we will be painting view fencing in the areas marked in BLUE following the arrows. Please make sure that vegetation, decor, lights and critter fencing is removed from the iron so that we have access to paint. Please leave side gate unlocked and secure pets indoors. Feel free to call our office with any questions.
Week of 11/24/25: Unfortunately, we were rained out the week of 11/17/25. So, this week we will be completing iron repair in the areas marked in ORANGE following the arrows. We will also be painting view fencing in the areas marked in BLUE following the arrows. Please make sure that vegetation, decor, lights and critter fencing is removed from the iron so that we have access to paint. Please leave side gate unlocked and secure pets indoors. Our crew will be onsite on Monday, 11/24-Wednesday, 11/26. We will be closed for Thanksgiving on Thursday, 11/27-Friday, 11/28. Feel free to call our office with any questions.

Week of 10/27/25: This week, we will be prepping the iron and continue completing iron repair in the areas marked in ORANGE following the arrows. We will also be continuing to paint view fencing in the areas marked in BLUE. Due to a change in color, we will be repainting the view fencing that was originally painted black. All view fencing will be painted with Sherwin Williams DEB006 Java Bronze. Please make sure that vegetation, decor, lights and critter fencing is removed from the iron so that we have access to paint. Please leave side gate unlocked and secure pets indoors.
