Weekly Progress Reports

Hello Residents!

Week of 1/19/26: This week, our crew will be there to complete painting the Tesoro monuments. This will complete the painting project in Tesoro! Feel free to call our office with any questions.

Week of 1/12/26: This week, our crew will be in Tesoro on Thursday, 1/15/26 to continue and complete any touch ups and outstanding community area items. Feel free to call our office with any questions.

Week of 1/5/26: This week, our crew will be completing touch ups around the community. They will also be painting various walls and gates in the community areas. Feel free to call our office with any questions.

Week of 12/22/25 and 12/29/25: Titan Painting will be closed for the holidays from 12/22/25-1/2/26. Our crew will be back onsite on Monday, 1/5/26. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Week of 12/15/25 – This week, we will finish painting the pool iron fencing. We will also be painting front doors, recoating decks and completing touch-ups needed around the community. Feel free to call our office with any questions.

Week of 12/1/25: This week, we will be prepping and painting Building 19 (Units #1063, 1064, 1065, 2062, 2064, 2066) (RED). Please make sure that vegetation, decor, lights and critter fencing are removed from the walls and iron so that we have access to paint. All condo patio items, including furniture/rugs/grills/wall decorations/TVs/other items attached to the building are moved to the center of the patio and covered, moved inside, or moved to the garage. All upper decks will be recoated so all items must be removed and the deck should remain clear for at least 48 hours. Feel free to call our office with any questions.

Week of 11/24/25: Unfortunately, we were rained out the week of 11/17/25! So this week, we will be prepping and painting Building 20, (Units 1068, 1069, 1070, 2067, 2069, 2071) (RED). Please make sure that vegetation, decor, lights and critter fencing are removed from the walls and iron so that we have access to paint. All condo patio items, including furniture/rugs/grills/wall decorations/TVs/other items attached to the building are moved to the center of the patio and covered, moved inside, or moved to the garage. All upper decks will be recoated so all items must be removed and the deck should remain clear for at least 48 hours. Our crew will be onsite this week from Monday, 11/24-Wednesday, 11/26. We will also be painting the doors at Building 28 on Monday, 10/20 (Units 1108, 1109, 1110, 2107, 2109, 2111) (BLUE).
