Anthem Parkside at Merrill Ranch 2026

Hello Residents!

Week of 8/10/26:  This week, we will be painting view fencing in the Tapestry and Heritage communities in the areas marked in RED. Please make sure that vegetation, decor, lights and critter fencing is removed from the iron so that we have access to paint.  Please leave side gate unlocked and secure pets indoors. Week of 8/3/26:  This week, we will be prepping and painting the walls in Section 11 and Section 9 in the areas marked in RED. Feel free to call our office with any questions.

Week of 7/27/26:  This week, we will continue painting the walls in Parcel 13 in the areas marked in RED. Feel free to call our office with any questions.

Week of 7/20/26:  This week, we will complete painting the walls in Parcek 15 (RED) and start prepping and painting the walls in Parcel 13 (BLUE). Feel free to call our office with any questions.
