Hello Residents

For the week of 9/11: Our wall crew has completed painting the common area walls throughout the community. Our iron crew is onsite painting throughout the same sections. Homes that have iron view fencing to be painted will receive notice for yard access 3 days in advance. Please keep your gate unlocked, pets inside, and make sure that any decor and/or plants are removed from iron view fencing to allow clear access for painting. For the week of 9/4: CLOSED LABOR DAY. Our crew will finish painting the trim of the common walls in Section 10 on Wednesday and will start painting the main body color Thursday. They expect to be completed on or before Tuesday, Sept 12th. We have a second crew onsite painting the iron (highlighted in yellow) this week. Homes located in the highlighted areas will receive a painting notice with information. Please keep your gate unlocked, pets inside, and make sure that any decor and/or plants are removed from iron view fencing to allow clear access for painting. For the week of 8/28: Our crew will be completing the walls in Section 9 on Tuesday. They will start prepping common area walls in Section 10 on Wednesday with painting expected to begin on Thursday. Feel free to call or email with any questions.

For the week of 8/21: Our crew will be painting the trim, then prepping, and painting the body color of the common area walls along Section 9 this week. Feel free to call or email with any questions.

For the week of 8/14: Our crew will be painting the trim on the common area walls in Sections 13 & 8 Monday & Tuesday. The main body color of the same walls will be painted starting Wednesday and are expected to be completed on Friday. Feel free to call or email with questions.

For the week of 8/7: Our crew is painting the main body color of the common area walls in Section 14. They expect to have these completed on Wednesday, weather permitting. They will starting prepping walls in Section 13 on Thursday. Call or email with questions.

For the week of 7/31: Our crew is currently painting the trim on the common area walls in Section 14. Starting Tuesday they will begin prep work on the main body of the walls. Progress is weather permitting. Call or email with any questions.

For the week of 7/24: *Rain delay on Monday* Our crew will be painting the main body of the common area walls in Section 6. Sections 3&12 will be prepped & painted, weather & time permitting.

For the week of 7/17: Our crew will not be onsite on Monday due to overnight rain. They’ll be prepping and painting the trim of Sections 5 & 6, then continuing on to paint the body color in the same sections. Call or email with any questions.

For the week of 7/10: Our crew will be painting the common area walls along the back side of homes facing S 159th Ln (walls facing the desert) & around in Section 4. They will also be prepping walls and painting the trim in Section 5. Feel free to call or email with any questions.
