Hello Residents!

Week of 4/21/25: Due to property closures for repaving, we will not be on-site this week. We will be back to prep and paint Building 14 (Units 1047, 1048, 1049) and Building 13 (Units 1044, 1045, 1046) during the week of 4/28. Feel free to call our office with any questions.

Week of 4/14/25: This week we will be prepping and painting Building 15, Units 1050, 1051, and 1052 (RED). Please make sure that vegetation, decor, lights and critter fencing are removed from the walls and iron so that we have access to paint. All townhome patio items, including furniture/rugs/grills/wall decorations/TVs/other items attached to the building are moved to the center of the patio and covered, moved inside, or moved to the garage. All upper decks will be recoated so all items must be removed and the deck should remain clear for at least 48 hours. Please feel free to call our office with any questions.

Week of 4/7/25: This week we will be prepping and painting Building 16, Units 1053, 1054, 1055 (RED). Please make sure that vegetation, decor, lights and critter fencing are removed from the walls and iron so that we have access to paint.
