For the week of 3/27/23: Front doors for building M will be painted on Monday (roof walls will be primed as well). Exterior painting for the body and trim will continue on Tuesday followed by garage doors. Please remove &/or keep any exterior decor, vegetation, etc. off of your unit and keep pets secured indoors. For the week of 3/6/23: Building L will continue being painted (trim and doors remaining) and is expected to be done mid-week. Building M will be prepped and repairing (following building L). Please remove &/or keep any exterior decor, vegetation, etc. off of your unit and keep pets secured indoors. Please keep any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Building L (9718 N Azure Ct., lots 67-74) will be power washed on Monday followed by prepping and painting (weather permitting). Building K will be power washed on Monday or Tuesday, followed by prepping and repairing for painting next week.
