Hello Residents!
 
Week of 6/1/26: We completed painting Building 3 last week.  This week, we will prep and paint Building 1 (BLACK). Please remove any debris and stored items adjacent to patio walls, entry way walls or community perimeter walls. Remove any trellises or other items attached to walls or supporting shrubbery, remove any planters, decorations or furniture from common area, gravel and planted areas, adjacent to structures. Move autos to approved parking spaces while power washing and painting of garage and garage door is in progress. Move all potted plants away from walls or entry way and store. Remove any decorative items in common areas adjacent to walls. Remove wall hangings on walls of deck or patio areas.  Please try to remove patio and deck furniture and store it away. Alternatively, group furniture in the center of the deck or balcony, allowing access to all wall areas. Provide access to entry doors and garage doors to facilitate proper painting. Provide access to hose spigot for power washing.  Feel free to call our office with any questions.

Painting begins May 11th – Update your contact info
 
The painting project for The Ridge at McDowell Mountain begins Monday, May 11th. The work is expected to last through early September. Please review the Project Overview PDF for a summary of the work to be done, a rough schedule and homeowners’ responsibilities to help the project go smoothly. 
 
In preparation, it’s important that The Ridge property managers at HOAMCO have accurate contact information for all homes in case the painters have questions, need access, or need personal items moved. This is particularly important if you will not be on site this summer or if your unit is occupied by a tenant.
