Week of 4/6/26: This week, we will be recoating decks at the units marked in RED. We will also be completing touch ups as needed throughout the community. If your deck is being recoated, please remove all items from the deck. Once the recoating is completed, it can be walked on in 5-7 hours but please do not put any patio items back for 48 hours so the recoating can dry correctly. Feel free to call our office with any questions.
Week of 3/30/26: This week, we will be prepping and painting behind Units 117, 217, 118, 218, 119, 219, 120, 220, 121, 221, 122, 222, and 123 (RED). Please ensure that furniture be put inside or is away from your home and that anything hanging on the walls or iron is removed. Ensure any shrubs, plants, trees and vines are trimmed or pulled back from your home to allow at least 1 foot for the painters to have access. Please make sure your pets are secured inside. Week of 2/23/26: This week, we will be finishing up at Units 105, 106, 205, 206, 107, 108, 207 and 208 (BLUE). We will also be prepping and painting Units 109, 110, 209, 210, 111, 112, 211 and 212 (RED). Week of 2/16/26: This week, we will be painting the doors at Units 101, 102, 201, 202, 103, 104, 203 and 204 on Monday, 2/16 (BLUE). We will also be prepping and painting Units 105, 106, 205, 206, 107, 108, 207 and 208 (RED). Please ensure that furniture be put inside or is away from your home and that anything hanging on the walls or iron is removed. Ensure any shrubs, plants, trees and vines are trimmed or pulled back from your home to allow at least 1 foot for the painters to have access. Please make sure your pets are secured inside.
