Hello Residents!

Week of 6/1/26: This week, we will prep and paint Units 1015, 1095, 1096, 1097, and 1098 (RED).  We will also complete painting at Units 1099, 1100, 1101, 1102, and 1103 (BLUE).  Please make sure that vegetation, decor, lights and critter fencing are removed from the walls and iron so that we have access to paint.  All patio items, including furniture/rugs/grills/wall decorations/TVs/other items attached to the building should be moved to the center of the patio and covered, moved inside, or moved to the garage.  Feel free to call our office with any questions.

Week of 5/26/26: This week, we will be the front door at Unit 1108 (BLUE).  We will also prep and paint Units 1103, 1102, 1101, 1100, 1099 (RED).  Please make sure that vegetation, decor, lights and critter fencing are removed from the walls and iron so that we have access to paint.  All patio items, including furniture/rugs/grills/wall decorations/TVs/other items attached to the building should be moved to the center of the patio and covered, moved inside, or moved to the garage.  Our office will be closed on Monday, 5/25 for Memorial Day.  Our crew will be back onsite on Tuesday, 5/26.  Feel free to call our office with any questions.
