5th Street Condos

Hello Residents!

We have completed the painting project in 5th Street Condos.  We appreciate you and thank you for choosing Titan Painting for all of your painting needs!

Week of 8/25/25: This week, we will be painting walls around the community as well as pool iron and some other ancillary items.  Feel free to call our office with any questions.

Week of 8/18/25:  This week, we will be power washing, prepping and painting Building A (BLUE). We will also be power washing and painting the carports on Thursday, 8/21-Friday, 8/22. You will need to make arrangements to park your car elsewhere from Thursday at 5am – Friday at 1pm.  Please make sure that all patio items, including furniture, rugs, grills, wall decorations and other items attached to the building are removed so the painters have access to paint.  Unlock all security/screen doors for access to paint the front entry doors.  Security/screen doors will NOT be painted.  If you would like to have your security/screen door painted, Titan Painting can do this for $125.  Please contact our office if you are interested.  Feel free to call our office with any questions.
