Mountain Ridge Condominiums 2025
Hello Residents!
We have completed the painting project in Mountain Ridge Condominiums. We appreciate you and thank you for choosing Titan Painting for all of your painting needs!
Week of 8/11/25: This week, we will be painting the doors in the North Building (RED) on Monday, 8/11 (101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207). Unlock all security/screen doors for access to paint the front entry doors. Security/screen doors will NOT be painted. If you would like to have your security/screen door painted, Titan Painting can do this for $125. Please contact our office if you are interested. We will be power washing and painting the carports on Monday, 8/11 and Tuesday, 8/12 (BLUE). Please make sure that you do not park under the carports on those days. We will also start painting the stairs, pool area and other ancillary items in the community. Feel free to call our office with any questions.
Week of 8/4/25: This week, we will be painting the doors in the South Building (RED) on Monday, 8/4 (108, 109, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 208, 209). On Tuesday, we will start power washing, prepping and painting the North Building (BLUE). Please make sure that all patio items, including furniture, rugs, grills, wall decorations and other items attached to the building are removed so the painters have access to paint. Unlock all security/screen doors for access to paint the front entry doors. Security/screen doors will NOT be painted. Week of 7/28/25: We are excited to start the painting project this week at Mountain Ridge Condominiums!
