For the week of 9/3: We’ll be closed on Monday for Labor Day. On Tuesday our crew will complete Building 18. Miscellaneous painting in the community will follow. Please contact our office with questions.
For the week of 8/27: Painting will begin on Building 18 on Monday (it was power washed and prepped last Friday) and is expected to be completed on 9/5. Please keep all decor off the exterior of the building, and all patio furniture in the center of patio or indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 8/20: Our crew will be continuing with the painting of Building 16. Please continue to keep all decor off the exterior of the building, and all patio furniture in the center of patio or indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 8/13: Our crew is continuing with Building 17 this week and expects to be completed on Thursday. Building 16 is expected to be started with power washing and prepping on Thursday, followed by painting on Friday and into next week. Please removed all decor from the exterior of your building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 8/6: Due to additional painters onsite, Building 17 was notified and power washed last Friday. Painting is being done this whole week. For the week of 7/30: Our crew will continue the painting of Building 26. It is expected to be completed on Thursday. They’ll power wash & prep Building 16 on Friday. For the week of 7/23: Our crew will be completing Building 25 on Tuesday. Building 26 will be started on Wednesday and should be completed mid-next week. For the week of 7/16: Building 25 was power washed & prepped on Friday, with painting beginning on Saturday (due to weather delays last week). Painting will continue this week. For the week of 7/9: Our crew will be continuing with the painting of Building 24 and expect to have it completed on July 13 (weather permitting). Building 25 will be power washed on Friday. For the week of 7/2: Our crew will be completing Building 23 on Monday. Building 24 will be power washed and prepped on Tuesday, followed by painting. It’s expected to be completed next week. For the week of 6/18: Our crew will be finishing Building 21 and also starting the power washing and prepping of Building 22 on Monday. (B22 is expected to be completed by approx 6/27). For the week of 6/11: Our crew will power wash and prep Building 21 on Monday, followed by painting through the week. B21 is expected to be completed approximately 6/20. For the week of 6/4: Our crew will continue the painting of Building 20. B20 is expected to be completed on Monday 6/11. For the week of 5/28: We are closed on Memorial Day. On Tuesday our crew will complete Building 19 and will begin power washing & prepping Building 20. Painting for Building 20 will begin on Wednesday. Please make sure to remove all decor from the exterior of the building and keep all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. For the week of 5/21: Building 13 will be completed on Tuesday. Building 19 will be power washed and prepped on Tuesday as well, with painting beginning on Wednesday. For the week of 5/14: Our crew will be painting Building 13, starting on Monday, and expect to have it completed on 5/23. (Building 11 was completed [except iron] earlier than expected.) For the week of 5/7: Our crew will be painting Building 11 this and next week. We expect to have it completed on Thursday 5/17. For the week of 4/30: Painting on Building 10 is expected to be completed on Thursday. Building 11 will be power washed approx Tuesday followed by prepping, and painting at the end of the week. For the week of 4/23: Building 12 is being painted this week and is expected to be completed on Thursday. Building 10 will be power washed followed be painting midweek as well. For the week of 4/2: Our crew is continuing with the painting of Building 15 this week and are expected to be completed with it on 4/18. For the week of 3/26: Building 7 is expected to be completed on Wednesday with the painting of Building 15 starting Thursday (15 will be power washed on Monday). For the week of 3/19: Building 27 was completed ahead of schedule. Our crew will be painting the pool area (Friday) Monday & Tuesday. Building 7 will be power washed on Monday for prepping and painting this week as well. It’s expected to be completed in approximately 8 business days. For the week of 3/5: Building 9 will be completed on Monday (delayed due to rainy weather last week). Building 27 is being painted starting Monday with completion expected the week of 3/19. For the week of 2/26: Building 9 is in progress and is expected to be completed on Wednesday. Building 27 will be power washed on Tuesday for painting to begin on Wednesday. Building 29 is being started with power washing on Monday and is expected to be completed the next week. For the week of 1/2/2018: Happy New Year! Our crew is expected to have Building 2 completed on Tuesday. Building 6 will be power washed on Tuesday with painting expected to being on Wednesday. For the week of 11/27: Our crew will continue with the painting of Building 4 and expect to have it completed on 12/4. The wall and iron along 99th avenue is being painted this week as well but a completion date is TBD. Please feel free to call or email our office with any questions.
For the week of 11/20: Our crew will complete Building 5, and power wash Building 4 on Tuesday. No crew will be on-site Thursday or Friday due to Thanksgiving. Painting will resume next Monday 11/27. For the week of 10/30: Our crew is continuing the painting of Building 3 this week and it’s expected to be completed midweek of 11/6. For the week of 10/23: Our crew will complete Building 1 by Tuesday. Building 3 will be started on Tuesday (power washing, prepping, then painting) and will take approximately 12 working days to complete. Doors for Building 32 and iron on Building 31 are also being painted this week. Please make sure all decor is removed from the exterior walls and any patio furniture is placed in the middle of your patio or inside.
For the week of 10/16: Our crew is currently painting Building 1. Windy conditions have caused some delays but B1 is expected to be completed by the end of this week or early next week. Building 32 is completed (a possible color change may require additional painting in the future). The stairs and balconies for Buildings 31 & 32 are also being painted this week. Please make sure all decor is removed from the exterior walls and any patio furniture is placed in the middle of your patio or inside.

For the week of 10/2: The main body color for Building 31 will be completed on Monday. Building 32 will be power washed on Monday with painting starting Tuesday and throughout the week. Please make sure all decor is removed from the exterior walls and any patio furniture is placed in the middle of your patio or inside. Doors in Building 30 and 31 will be painted on Tuesday.
