For the week of 4/30: All buildings that were scheduled to be painted have been completed. We have a crew onsite this week painting electrical boxes and completing touch ups. Feel free to contact our office if you have any questions.
For the week of 4/23: Building 39 will be completed on Monday. Building 40 will be power washed on Tuesday followed by prepping and painting. B40 is expected to be completed the following Monday. Please remove any exterior decor and place any furniture in the middle of your 1st floor patio. If you have 2nd floor balconies – remove all furniture, as the balcony floors will be re-coated. As a precaution – either park your vehicles in guest parking, away from the painters, or cover the back of your vehicles in the garage.
For the week of 4/16: Painting for Building 38 was slightly delayed due to a couple of days of high winds last week. B38 will be completed on Monday and Building 39 will be started on Tuesday (completed the following Monday, weather permitting). Please remove any exterior decor and place any furniture in the middle of your 1st floor patio. If you have 2nd floor balconies – remove all furniture, as the balcony floors will be re-coated. As a precaution – either park your vehicles in guest parking, away from the painters, or cover the back of your vehicles in the garage.

For the week of 2/26: Our crew is painting Building 32 and expect to have it completed on Thursday. Power Washing for Building 33 is expected to begin on Friday and (B33) completed the following Thursday (weather permitting). Please remove any exterior decor and place any furniture in the middle of your 1st floor patio. If you have 2nd floor balconies – remove all furniture, as the balcony floors will be re-coated. As a precaution – either park your vehicles in guest parking, away from the painters, or cover the back of your vehicles in the garage.
For the week of 2/19: *Rain delay last week* Our crew is expected to complete Building 31 on Thursday, and start Building 32 (power washing) on Friday. For the week of 1/15: Our crew will be completing Building 26 on Tuesday (the rainstorm last week delayed us 1 day). Building 27 will begin on Wednesday with power washing & prepping. If you have 2nd floor balconies – remove all furniture, as the balcony floors will be re-coated.
