Iron painting has been completed as of 10/20. If your iron view fencing was unable to be painted, please call our office as soon as possible.
For the week of 10/16: Our iron crew will continue with the painting in Section 22 (yellow) and complete it this week (approx Thursday). Section 20 (green) will be notified for painting to start on Friday and continue into next week. Please make sure side gates are unlocked and that all vegetation, chicken wire, etc are off the iron fencing, and pets are kept inside. Call or email with any questions.
For the week of 10/9: Our iron crew will be painting view fences in Section 19. Section 22 will receive notifies for painting to begin on Friday. For the week of 10/2: Our crew will be painting Section 14 and expect to have it completed by the end of the week. Please make sure side gates are unlocked and that all vegetation, chicken wire, etc are off the iron fencing, and pets are kept inside. Call or email with any questions.
For the week of 9/25: Our iron crew is beginning Section 17 with Lots 65-84 & Lots 3 & 4. They’re estimated to be finished mid-week. Appointments will be made for some addresses that were skipped previously. Please make sure side gates are unlocked and that all vegetation, chicken wire, etc are off the iron fencing, and pets are kept inside. Call or email with any questions.
For the week of 9/18: Our crew will be completing the iron painting in Section 13 (facing 45th Pl) and will begin painting the iron in Section 17 (Lariat Ln) on Wednesday. Please make sure side gates are unlocked and that all vegetation, chicken wire, etc are off the iron fencing, and pets are kept inside. Call or email with any questions.

For the week of 9/4: CLOSED LABOR DAY. Our wall crew has completed all perimeter walls throughout the community. There will be no iron painting this week but we plan to resume on Monday, Sept. 11th.
For the week of 8/28: Our wall crew will be painting common area walls in Sections 21 & 22 this week and are expected to be completed on Wednesday. Our iron crew will be painting in Section 11. Please make sure side gates are unlocked and that all vegetation, chicken wire, etc are off the iron fencing, and pets are kept inside. Call or email with any questions.
For the week of 8/21: One crew will be painting walls along E Briles Rd starting along Lot 45 (at Section 20) and working to N 40th Pl.. They’ll then return to finish exterior walls in Section 14 and Section 19, time permitting. Our other crew is painting iron in Section 10, starting with Lot 15 and working down the wash to Lot 27. Please make sure side gates are unlocked and that all vegetation, chicken wire, etc are off the iron fencing, and pets are kept inside. Call or email with any questions.
For the week of 8/14: The painting of the common area walls facing the length of Jomax Rd were added to the scope of work last week. Our crew is continuing the painting of the common area walls behind Lots 111-69 in Sections 10 & 11 on Monday. Painting for walls in Section 13 is expected to begin on Tuesday (through Friday) at Lots 25-Lot 1. There won’t be any iron painting this week. Feel free to call or email with any questions.
For the week of 8/7: Our wall crew will be prepping common area walls on Monday for painting in Sections 10 & 11. Starting Tuesday they will be painting walls behind Lots 22-27, 87-90, 91-110, 111-120, & 121-69 and are expected to be completed on Friday, weather permitting. For the week of 7/31: Our wall crew will finish painting the common area walls in Section 9 midweek, and start painting the common area walls in Section 10 on Wednesday or Thursday. Our iron crew is painting iron in Section 9 this week. Please make sure side gates are unlocked and that all vegetation, chicken wire, etc are off the iron fencing, and pets are kept inside. For the week of 7/24: *Rain delay on Monday* Our wall crew will be painting common area walls in Section 9. Our iron crew is painting iron in Section 8 (Lots 144-152). For the week of 7/17: Our crew won’t be onsite this Monday due to overnight rain. Starting Tuesday our wall crew will be painting walls in Section 7B. Our iron crew will be finishing iron in Section 5 (Lots 16-19), Section 6 (Lots 119-127), and starting in Section 8 (129-111, 86 & 84). Due to the rain delay, some of the listed lots may need to be moved into next week. Call or email with any questions.
For the week of 7/10: Our iron crew will be painting iron view fencing in Section 5, starting with Lot 52 and working around to Lot 35. Our wall crew will be painting common area walls in Section 6, starting with Lot 127 and working around to Lot 119.
For the week of 7/3: We will have a crew painting walls in Section 5 this week. There will be no crew onsite on Tuesday, July 4th. Our iron crew will begin painting in Section 5 on Thursday (Lots 113-111 & 110-107). Due to the rising temperatures our crew will be starting at 6:00am to try and avoid some of the midday heat. Please make sure side gates are unlocked and that all vegetation, chicken wire, etc are off the iron fencing, and pets are kept inside. Call or email with any questions.
For the week of 6/26: Our crew will be painting all the rod iron for homes in Section 3, and will also complete the walls facing Jomax Rd (Section 3). Due to the rising temperatures our crew will be starting at 6:00am to try and avoid some of the midday heat. Please make sure side gates are unlocked and that all vegetation, chicken wire, etc are off the fencing, and pets are kept inside. Call or email with any questions.
For the week of 6/19: Our crew will be painting rod iron view fencing in Section 2 South for lots 46-40, & 39-26 from Monday-Thurs. Due to the rising temperatures our crew will be starting at 6:00am to try and avoid some of the midday heat. Please make sure side gates are unlocked and that all vegetation, chicken wire, etc are off the fencing, and pets are kept inside. On Friday they’ll be painting common area facing walls in Section 3 along Jomax Rd. Call or email with any questions.
For week 6/12: Our crew was off-site on Monday & painting resumed Tuesday. Walls (not iron yet) behind lots 65-73 in Section 1, Section 2 North from lots 32-36, lots 26-39 in Section 2 South are being painted this week. Call or email with questions.
Starting 6/5: Our crew is painting iron view fencing in Section 1 for lots 81-65; this is expected to be completed by Wednesday. Iron view fencing in Section T (except lots 49-47) is expected to be started on Thursday and completed Friday. Walls for lots 49-47 are scheduled to be painted on Monday (6/12) and the iron to be painted Tuesday (6/13). Perimeter walls in Section 1 and T (with the exception of 49-47) have been completed. Please make sure all vegetation, chicken wire, decorations, etc are removed from the iron so our crew has clear access to paint. Feel free to call or email with questions.
