For the week of 10/16: All community painting has been completed. Our crew will be notifying homeowners that still need some touch-ups done.
For the week of 10/9: Our crew will be painting Lots 503-506 & 507-509 (5215-5209 & 5207-5203) on Half Moon Dr this week. All homes are expected to be completed on Monday. Please unlock gates, keep pets inside, remove any decor, and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio/yard to allow clear access for painting. For the week of 7/31: Our crew is painting Lots 443-445 & 446-448 along Tamblo Dr. Please remove any decor and place all patio furniture in the middle of your patio/yard to allow clear access for painting. Call or email with any questions.
For the week of 7/24: *Rain delay on Monday* Our crew is painting Lots 437, 438-439, & 440-442 along Tamblo Dr.. Trim is being painted on Tuesday and the main body will begin on Wednesday. Please remove any decor and place all patio furniture in the middle of your patio/yard to allow clear access for painting. Despite the rain delay, they’re expected to be completed by Friday. Despite the weather delay, they expect to finish by end of week.
For the week of 7/17: Our crew will not be onsite on Monday due to overnight rain. This week our crew will be painting Lots 431-432 & 433-436. Please remove any decor and place all patio furniture in the middle of your patio/yard to allow clear access for painting. Call or email with questions.
For the week of 7/10: Our crew will be painting Lots 425-426 & 427-430 & should be completed on Friday. Please remove any decor and place all patio furniture in the middle of your patio/yard to allow clear access for painting. Call or email with questions.
For the week of 7/3: *Note that no crew will be onsite Tuesday, July 4th* Our crew will be painting lots 419-420 & 421-424.
For the week of 6/26: Our crew will be painting Lots 413-418 and are expected to be completed on Thursday. Power washing for lots 419-420, & 421-424 will begin on Friday for painting next week.
For the week of 6/19: Starting Monday our crew will be painting lots 406-407, & 408-412 on Loloma Circle, and are expected to be completed by Friday 6/23. (Power washing was done on Friday 6/16). Please remove any decor and place all patio furniture in the middle of your patio/yard to allow clear access for painting. Call or email with questions.
For the week of 6/12: Our crew is completing painting on Lots 392-398 on Monday. Painting for Lots 399-403 & 404-405 will begin on Tuesday and is expected to be completed on Thursday. Please remove any decor and place all patio furniture in the middle of your patio/yard to allow clear access for painting. Call or email with questions.
For the week of 6/5: Lots 392-398 (11624-11612 Papago Circle) are being prepped on Monday and painting will begin on Tuesday. Painting is expected to be completed on these homes next Monday (6/12). Lots 399-403 & 404-405 are being power washed this Friday for painting the following week. Please remove all decor and place all patio furniture in the middle of your patio/yard, and keep pets inside. Feel free to call or email with questions.
For the week of 5/30: Lots 376-391 are being power washed, prepped, and painted this week. They are expected to be completed by Friday. Please remove any decor and place all furniture in the middle of your patio. Feel free to call with any questions.
For the week of 5/22: Our crew will be painting lots 383-377 (11601-11613 S Ki) this week (power washing was done Friday). They are expected to be completed by Friday. Please make sure that all decor is removed from the exterior and any patio furniture is placed in the middle of patio or yard. Feel free to call or email with questions.
For the week of 5/15: Our crew will be painting lots 390-384 this week (11427-11439) starting Monday with power washing. They are expected to be completed by Monday 5/22, weather permitting. Please remove any decor from the exterior of your home and place any outdoor furniture in the middle of the yard or patio. Feel free to call or email with questions.
For the week of 5/8: Our crew completed lots 327-329 (11428-11420 S Ki Rd) last week, except for front/garage doors, and will continuing with the remaining houses, lots 326-322, this week. Please remove any decor from the walls and place any patio furniture in the middle of the patio/yard. Call or email with questions.
For the week of 5/1: Our crew will be finishing lots 365-359 on Monday. Lots 329-322 will be power washed on Tuesday followed by painting. Please remove any decor from the walls and place any patio furniture in the middle of the patio/yard. Call or email with questions.
For the week of 4/24: Our crew will be painting Lots 365-359. Please remove any decor attached to the home and place all patio furniture/etc in the middle of the patio or yard. Feel free to call or email with questions.
For the week of 4/17: Our crew is continuing the painting of Lots 370-366 and is expected to be completed by Wednesday. They will begin power washing lots 365-359 this week as well.
For the week of 4/10: Our crew was able to complete lots 350-345. Lots 370-366 had been notified and are being painted this week on S Ki Rd. Please remove any decor from the walls and place patio furniture in the middle of your patio. Feel free to call or email with questions.
For the weeks of 4/3 & 4/10: Our crew will be painting lots 350-345 on Maze Crt (11609-11619). These homes are expected to be completed by Thursday 4/13. Please remove any decor from exterior walls and place any patio furniture in the center of patio (away from walls). Feel free to call or email with any questions.
For the week of 3/27 our crew will be painting lots 354-351 (11601-11607 S Maze Crt). Please make sure that all decor is removed from exterior walls and that any patio furniture is placed in the middle of the patio. Lots 350-347 should expect to receive notification on Thursday of painting for the following week. Feel free to call or email with any questions.
For the week of 3/20 our crew is painting lots 331-332, & is expected to be have lots 355-358 completed by the following Monday (3/27). Please call or email with any questions. *No work on 3/23 due to rain*
For the week of 3/13 our crew is working on the homes with lot #’s 335-334 & 333-332. Please see map below for location & feel free to call with any questions. Please remove any decorations from walls & place all patio furniture in the middle of patio.
For the week of 3/6/2017 our crew will be finishing 11610-11604 S Maze Ct (by Wednesday) and will be prepping & painting 11448. Please make sure that all decor is removed from the walls and that patio furniture is placed together and away from the building as well. Feel free to call or email with questions.
For the week of 2/27/2017: Our crew is working on the next set of homes off of 51st St & Morning Star Dr (11610-11604). Please make sure they have clear access to painting. These homes should be completed by the end of the week, weather permitting. Feel free to call with any questions.
For the week of 2/20/2017: Monday was delayed due to rain. Our crew is onsite painting the first 4 houses along S 51st ave & E Morning Star Dr. (see map below) & are expected to be completed by Friday.
