All painting in the community has been completed.
For the week of 2/19: Our crew will be completing the exterior of Units 85-93 on Wednesday, weather permitting (wind & rain on Monday delayed progress 1 day). Doors will be painted on Thursday. Please leave your front and back security screens unlocked on 2/21 & be prepared to unlock your entry doors for painting. Please make sure that any exterior decor is removed and any furniture is placed in the center of your patio. Please keep pets indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 2/12: Our crew will be completing Units 75-84 on Tuesday (reminder: please leave security doors unlocked on 2/13 and be ready to unlock it so the weather stripping can be removed, & again to be replaced for painting). Units 85-93 will begin on Wednesday and are expected to be completed the following Tuesday (with doors), weather permitting. Please leave your front and back security screens unlocked on 2/20 & be prepared to unlock your entry doors for painting.
