For the week of 2/13/17: our crew is painting the iron on the west side of 133rd Ave from Greenway to Waddell. This is the final section of painting to complete our work in Roseview. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 2/6/2017: Our crew is working back on 133rd Ave from Greenway down to Waddell to paint the trim color on the walls from last week. Feel free to call our office with any questions.
For the week of 1/30/2017 our crew is painting the main body color on (west) walls on Greenway Rd to 133rd Ave and then will proceed down 133rd Ave to Waddell. The trim color will be added at a later date. Please call our office or email with any questions or concerns.
For 1/23/17: we’ve had 4 days of rain delays. Our crew will be back onsite on Wednesday to finish painting the accent color on the walls along 133rd & Hearn.
For the week of 1/16/17 our crew is finishing applying the main body color to walls along Hearn Rd between 133rd Ave/Dysart, then will go back and add the accent color to said walls. Please contact us with any questions.
For the week of 1/9/2017 our crew is finishing up along Country Gables between 133rd ave & Dysart Rd. They will then continue down Dysart Rd from Hearn Rd, down Waddell Rd. back up 133rd Ave and over to complete Hearn Rd.
Happy New Year! For the week of 1/2/2017 our crew will be completing iron along Dysart Rd between Country Gables & Hearn Rd, then painting exterior walls along 133rd Ave back up to Country Gables.

For the week of 12/19/2016 our crew will be back on Hearn Rd and then to 133rd Ave (to the park) painting the accent color on the common area walls.

For the week of 12/5/2016 our crew is finishing the water well and will start painting the next section of walls along Dysart Rd. They will start on the corner of Dysart Rd & Country Gables and work toward Hearn Rd.
For the week of 11/28/2016 our crew is painting exterior block walls throughout the community. They started on 133rd Ave & Greenway and headed toward Dysart and are currently at 133rd Ave & Port Au Prince working they’re way back toward Greenway.
