For the week of 12/18: Our crew was able to paint all exterior common area walls and most of the adjoining neighbor walls for Section 2 last week (smaller section on map). All painting is expected to be completed on Monday, 12/18. Feel free to call or email our office with any questions.

For the week of 12/11: Last week, our crew made more progress on adjoining neighbor walls than expected. Walls for Lots 159-192 in Section 1 are remaining and are expected to be completed by Wednesday. The exterior common area walls in Section 2 will begin immediately after Section 1 is completed. Please remove any decor or vegetation from your adjoining wall in order for our crew to have clear access to paint. Feel free to call or email our office with questions. 

For the week of 12/4: Our crew will be painting walls between residences from Lots 82-194 (as indicated by dashes on the map below) in Section 1. Please remove any decor or vegetation from your adjoining wall in order for our crew to have clear access to paint.  Feel free to call or email our office with questions.

For the week of 11/27: Our crew will be prepping and repairing stucco for the exterior facing walls along Pinnacle Peak Rd, 71st Ave, & Patrick Lane in Section 1 on Monday & Tuesday. Painting is expected to begin on these walls starting Wednesday through the end of the week. Connecting walls (between neighbors) will be started on Friday if time permits (noticed will be left at your residence). Feel free to call or email our office with any questions.
