Hello Residents
For the week of 11/20: Our crew will be finishing iron gates on Monday, and doing any necessary touch-up work on Tuesday and Wednesday. The pool fencing is also expected to be completed on Wednesday. **This will wrap up all of the general community painting.** Be advised that door staining will continue after the Thanksgiving holiday for the homeowners who’ve requested the work.
For the week of 11/13: Our crew will be completing the painting of Building N on Tuesday, except for the garage entry doors (it was unable to be completed last week due to the clubhouse painting). The painting for Building R is being prepped on Monday and painting will begin Tuesday to be completed Friday (garage entry doors included), along with the garage entry doors on Buildings N and P. For residents that have contacted the HOA to have your front door stained: expect to receive a call to set an appointment. Feel free to call or email our office with any questions.
For the week of 11/6: Our crew will complete the painting of Buildings J & L on Monday. The painting for Building N will begin on Tuesday and is expected to be completed on Friday, along with the community clubhouse. Building P will be power washed and prepped (some painting may begin, time permitting) with painting begin completed next week. For the week of 10/30: Building I will be completed on Tuesday 10/31, with the exception of the garage doors which will be completed on Wednesday. Buildings J & L will be power washed and prepped on Wednesday and are expected to be completed on Friday. Please remove exterior decor and place all patio furniture in the middle of your patio. For the week of 10/23: Building E has been completed. Building F is in progress and is expected to be completed on Monday. Building H will be power washed and prepped on Tuesday and is expected to be completed on Friday (minus some minor loose ends). Building I will be notified for power washing and prep starting Friday. For the week of 10/16: Due to some windy conditions Monday morning, the planned painting of Building E has been delayed until Tuesday (weather permitting). Building E is expected to be completed on Thursday. Our crew will be prepping Building F on Monday and expect to being the painting on Friday. For the week of 10/9: Our crew will be power washing Building V and painting garage entry doors for Building U on Monday. Prep work and painting will begin Tuesday for Building V. For the week of 10/2: Our crew will be completing the painting of Building T, as well as power washing Building U, on Monday. The painting for U will begin on Tuesday and is expected to be completed by the end of the week. Building V is planned to be power washed by the end of the week as well. For the week of 9/25: Building S is being painted and is expected to be completed by Wednesday. Building T will be power washed and prepped on Wednesday with painting starting Thursday (T is expected to be completed the following Wed 10/4). For the week of 9/18: Building O will be completed on Tuesday. Building Q is in the painting process and will be completed this Thursday. Building S will be power washed on Wednesday and painting is expected to begin the following Monday. Please remove exterior decor and place all patio furniture in the middle of your patio. For the week of 9/11: On Monday our crew will be painting the garage rolling & entry doors for Building K, as well as prepping Building M. They will begin painting M on Tuesday and throughout the week, with doors being painted 9/18. Building O is expected to be power washed this Thursday. Please remove exterior decor and place all patio furniture in the middle of your patio. For the week of 9/4: CLOSED FOR LABOR DAY. Our crew will be painting Building K and are expected to have it completed on Friday. Building M will be power washed on Friday to allow prepping and painting to begin the following Monday. Please remove exterior decor and place all patio furniture in the middle of your patio. Prepping and painting for Building D will start on Tuesday and is expected to be completed on Monday (8/28). Please remove exterior decor and place all patio furniture in the middle of your patio. For the week of 8/14: Our crew is finishing the rolling garage & garage entry doors for Buildings A & B on Monday. The iron for Building B will be painted on Tuesday. Painting for Building C will begin on Tuesday and is expected to be completed on Friday. Feel free to call or email with any questions.
For the week of 8/7: Our crew is painting Building B and expect to have it completed on Friday. Building C will be power washed on Wednesday in order to be ready for painting next Monday (8/14). Due to a color change decision, the garage doors for Building A will be repainted, date TBD. Feel free to call or email with questions.
For the week of 7/31: Our crew is continuing the painting of Building A and expect to have it completed by end of day Friday. Building B will also be prepped this week and ready for painting next Monday morning, 8/7, (all work is weather permitting).
