Hello Residents
For the week of 3/6/2017 our crew will be painting iron from lots 37-46 & 47-56 in Carmel. This will complete iron painting in this section. Please make sure that the iron view fencing is cleared for painting & that all pets are kept inside. Feel free to call or email with any questions.
For the week of 2/27/2017: Our crew will be painting iron view fencing at lots 13-14, and heading to lots 15-22, 23-29, & 30-36. Depending on weather, they may get more or less completed. Keep an eye out for notices with dates of work at your home. Please make sure all pets are kept inside and that the iron is cleared of vegetation &/or decorations so they have clear access to paint. Call with any questions.
For the week of 2/20/2017: Work begins Tuesday 2/21 due to rain. Our crew is painting walls along lots 1-14, 23-29, & 30-36 (see map below). (walls along lots 57-74, 15-22, 37-46, & 47-56 were painted last week at the start of Carmel). Feel free to call our office with any questions.
For the week of 2/13/17: All walls in Stonegate have been painted. The crew is painting the last of the iron on lots 77-79 to complete the work in Stonegate. Walls will be prepped and painted in Carmel starting Tuesday 2/14.
For the week of 2/6/17 our crew will be working from Lot 53 to Lot 79. Please make sure that all vegetation is cleared from the iron and there’s clearance for our crew to paint. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
For the week of 1/30/2017 our crew will be working around from Lot 16-29, 30-45, & 46-57 in Stonegate. Please call our office with any questions or concerns.
For 1/23/17, we’ve had 4 days of rain delays. Our crew will be back out in Stonegate on Wednesday to continue where the left off.
For the week of 1/16/17 our crew will continue wall painting in Stonegate. Lots 69-5 (77-79 done), 46-57, & 6-15 will have walls painted this week, weather permitting. Please see the map below if you’re unsure of your lot #, and feel free to call with any questions. Rod iron painting notices will start being put up this week as well.
For the week of 1/9/2017 our crew is prepping and painting walls on E Island St from lot 29 to lot 16.
