For the week of 4/23: Our crew will be completing the iron in Black Rock midweek. No crews will be onsite for painting until further notice. If your iron was skipped in any previous parcel, please contact our office so we can make arrangements for painting.
For the week of 4/16: Our crew will complete the painting of exterior walls behind homes along 7th St in Black Rock, followed with painting the wrought iron along the same homes. Please allow access via your side gate and remove all decor and vegetation so our crew has clear access to paint the iron. Please keep pets inside. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 4/9: Our crew will be painting walls and iron in the Black Rock subdivision this week. For the week of 4/2: Our crew will be prepping and painting common area, exterior facing walls in Black Rock this week. Feel free to call our office with any questions.
For the week 3/26: Our crew will be painting walls and iron view fencing throughout Terraces this week (into next week). Please allow access via your side gate and remove all decor and vegetation so our crew has clear access to paint the iron. Please keep pets inside. Our wall crew will also begin prepping in Terraces. For the week of 3/19: Our crew will be finishing the exterior pony walls in Crimson Canyon early in the week and will begin prepping walls in Terraces. The rod iron in Crimson Canyon is expected to be completed on Monday as well.
For the week of 3/12: Both of our crews (wall crew & iron crew) will be prepping and painting in Crimson Canyon throughout the week. Please allow access via your side gate and remove all decor and vegetation so our crew has clear access to paint the iron. Please keep pets inside. Our wall crew will also begin prepping in Terraces. For the week of 3/5: Our crew will finish exterior facing walls in Camelot I on Wednesday and will begin painting in Crimson Canyon on Thursday. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 2/26: Our wall & our iron crews will complete the wall and iron view fence painting in Camelot II on Tuesday, as well as beginning the prep/painting for walls and iron in Camelot I on Tuesday. Please allow yard access through your side gate and remove all decor and vegetation in order to provide our crew clear access to paint the iron. Please keep pets inside. For the week of 2/19: Our crew expects to finish painting the common walls in Richmond II on Monday or Tuesday, weather permitting (high winds &/or rain). Our iron crew will be completing their painting in Richmond II on Wednesday, weather permitting. The common area walls in Camelot II will begin after Richmond II has been completed. For the week of 2/12: Our crew will be completing the wall painting in Hidden Canyon on Tuesday. Richmond II walls will be painted starting Wednesday and are expected to be completed on Friday. Our iron crew will be painting backyard view fences that have been notified in Hidden Canyon this week as well. For the week of 2/5: Our crew is completing the exterior walls on the backside of the houses along Desert Flower Ln on Tuesday/Wednesday. The exterior walls facing Desert Foothills Pkwy will be painted starting mid-week with all walls being completed on Friday. Iron notices will be delivered on Wednesday for painting to begin on Monday 2/12. Please make sure that all vegetation, chicken wire, & decor, etc. are removed from the iron so that there’s clear access to paint. Please secure pets indoors. For the week of 1/29: All walls indicated in ORANGE have now been repaired in Hidden Canyon. Our crew will be painting only walls throughout the week (Orange & Green of the larger section). Feel free to contact our office if you have any questions.
