For the week of 12/18/23: Our crew will be painting the perimeter wall, stairs and pool fence this week. Please remove any exterior decor, vegetation, etc. from your home and place any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please secure all pets indoors. For the week of 12/11/23: Our crew will paint the doors of Building 12 on Monday. We will prep and paint the perimeter fence of the community as well as stairs and missing wood this week. Please remove any exterior decor, vegetation, etc. from your home and place any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please secure all pets indoors. For the week of 12/4/23: Building 12 will be washed and prepped on Tuesday with painting the rest of this week. All pending areas will be finished Monday, 12/4. Please remove any exterior decor, vegetation, etc. from your home and place any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please secure all pets indoors. For the week of 11/27/23: Building 11 will have doors painted Monday. Pool area will be painted this week. Carports highlighted in yellow will be power washed and painted this week. For the week of 11/20/23: Building 10 will have doors painted Monday. Building 11 will be power washed and prepped on Monday and painted through Wednesday (we’ll be closed Thursday & Friday in observance of Thanksgiving) and next week. Please remove any exterior decor, vegetation, etc. from your home and place any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please secure all pets indoors. The carports marked in yellow will be painted on Tuesday and the carports marked in blue will be painted on Wednesday. Doors for building 13 will be painted on Monday. Building 1 will be power washed on Monday, followed by prepping and painting throughout the week. For the week of 8/7/23: The painting project will start on Monday with Building 9 being power washed, followed by prepping and painting throughout the week. Please remove any exterior decor, lights, vegetation, sunshades, etc. from the exterior of your home.
