For the week of 2/26/24: We are finishing with Building 10 and focusing on Building 9 this week. Then we will move on to trash enclosure areas, walls and gates. Please remove and keep any exterior decor, lights, vegetation, etc. off the exterior of your unit and have any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. For the week of 11/27/23: The trim for Building 11 will be finishing up. Building 15 will be prepped and painted. Thursday we will power wash building 14 and start prepping to paint. For the week of 11/20/23: The trim for Building 11 will be finished on Tuesday. Building 15 will be power washed Wednesday, followed by prepping and painting this and next week. Wednesday the iron around the pool area will also be completed. Please remove and keep any exterior decor, lights, vegetation, etc. off the exterior of your unit and have any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Building 3 will be power washed on Thursday, followed by prepping and painting through next week. For the week of 9/4/23: We’re closed Monday for Labor Day. On Tuesday, the iron gates and touch-ups will be painted on building 6. Building 5 will be prepped on Tuesday and painted throughout the week (& into next). Building 5 will be power washed on Friday, followed by prepping and painting over the next couple of weeks. Please allow access to your patios or courtyards and secure all pets indoors. The iron gates for buildings 7 & 8 will also be painted at the end of this week.
