Hello Residents,
For the week of 2/27/2017: Building 7 is completed. The pool and perimeter iron is being painted and should be finished mid week, weather permitting. This will complete our work in the community. If you have a door that hasn’t been able to be painted, please contact our office asap.
For the week of 2/20/2017: Monday was delayed due to rain. Work started back up 2/21 on building 7 which should be completed by Thursday (this is the final residential building). Our crew will then start prepping & painting the pool fence and building on Friday. Please call with any questions.
For the week of 2/13/17: Our crew will be completing Building 6 and will begin washing & prepping Building 7 on Monday. Building 7 will take approximately 1 week to complete (weather permitting).
For the week of 2/6/17: our crew will be finishing Building 5 & will start power washing Building 6 on Tuesday. Painting on Building 6 will begin Wednesday and should take approximately 1 week to complete. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
For the week of 1/30/2017 our crew is power washing and painting Building 5. It’s expected to be finished by Tuesday of next week. Building 2 has been completed. All highlighted buildings on the map below are done. Please call or email with any questions.
For the week of 1/23/17, we’ve had 3 days of rain delays. Our crew is currently working on Building 2 and is expected to be finished by Friday. Some homeowners may be receiving notices for door painting for 1/28.
For the week of 1/16/17 our crew is completing Building 4 & beginning Building 2. Building 4 will be completed on 1/17 (iron on balconies, and doors to finalize). Some residents in building 4, 8, & 3 were notified of door painting on 1/14 but had to be postponed due to rain. Our crew will renotify for Saturday 1/28, weather permitting. For the week of 1/9/2017 our crew is completing building 3 and will START power washing and painting building 4. Building 4 entry doors (& those skipped for buildings 8 & 3) will be painted on Saturday 1/14, weather permitting. Please try to have someone home to open the door for access to edges. All highlighted buildings on the map below have been completed as of 1/11/2017.
*1/12/17* Our crew is slightly ahead of schedule so notices were passed out to building 2 residents this week as well. Power washing is being done this week and prep work will begin on Monday for painting.
For the week of 12/26/2016 our office will be closed for the holidays and crew will not be onsite.
For the week of 12/19/2016: Building 8 will be completed on Monday.
For the week of 12/12/2016 our crew is painting Building 1 (Building 8 has been completed). Power washing began on Thursday. Building 1 is expected to be completed by Friday 12/16 but dates are subject to change. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 11/28/2016 our crew is in the process of painting Building 8. Power washing is being done on Monday and painting will start on Tuesday. Building 8 is expected to take approximately 6-7 working days. Please make sure that the patio area is cleared for painting. Dates and times are subject to change.
