Hello Residents
For the week of 1/29: Our crew will be completing walls by Monday or Tuesday (in PINK). Some homeowners were notified of iron painting being done this week. Our iron crew expects to have all added iron completed by Wednesday 1/31. This will complete all painting in the community.
For the week of 1/22: Our crew is expecting to complete the painting for the common area walls (in PINK) this week. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 1/15: Our crew will be painting common area walls inside the neighborhood that’s West of Pat Tillman Rd & South of Asante Blvd (indicated in PINK on the map). Feel free to call or email with any questions.
For the week of 1/8: Our crew will be completing the common area walls along both sides of Pat Tillman Rd, and both sides of Asante Blvd by the end of the week. Feel free to call or email our office with any questions.
For the week of 1/2/2018: Happy New Year! Common area wall painting is temporarily on hold. Our crew will be painting bridges this week and expect to be completed with them by the end of the week. Feel free to call or email our office with any questions.
For the week of 12/25: We will be closed from Christmas Day through New Year’s Day. We will reopen on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2018. Happy Holidays!
For the week of 12/18: Our crew will be onsite painting iron view fencing. Please remove any chicken wire, decorations, vegetation, etc. and keep pets inside for the duration of your notice dates. Feel free to call or email with questions.
For the week of 12/11: Our crew will complete the common area walls inside the GREEN area by Tuesday. The exterior common area walls for the BLUE section will be started on Wednesday on the East side of Pat Tillman Blvd toward Asante Blvd. Feel free to call or email our office with any questions.
For the week of 12/4: Our crew will finish painting the common area walls inside the GREEN section by Wed/Thursday and will then begin the walls in the BLUE section. Feel free to email or call our office with any questions.

For the week of 11/20: Our crew will continue painting the trim along Asante Blvd (green section) on Tuesday and will finish the body color in the area on Wednesday. There will be no painting Thursday or Friday due to Thanksgiving but will resume next Monday 11/27. Feel free to call or email with any questions.
