Hello Residents
For the week of 8/21: Our crew has finished all buildings in the community. Remaining touch-ups are expected to be completed on Tuesday. The remaining missed doors are to be scheduled for Saturday. Feel free to call or email with questions.
For the week of 8/14: Our crew is painting the leasing office/fitness center and the doors for Building 3-8 on Monday. They’ll be painting the iron fencing and walls around the pool for the remainder of the week. Please call or email with any questions.
For the week of 8/7: Buildings 3-8 have taken longer than expected and painting is continuing on them this week. Our foreman expects these buildings to be completed by the end of the week. Some carports may be painted this week as well, time and weather permitting (notices will be posted). Please call or email with any questions.
For the week of 7/31: Our crew will be completing all the painting on Buildings 11 & 10 on Tuesday. They’ll then move on to the small storage Buildings 3-8, which are expected to take approximately 5-6 working days. Please be aware that progress is weather permitting. For the week of 7/24: *Rain delay on Monday* Our crew is working on Building 11 and are expected to have it completed by Wednesday. Building 10 will be power washed on Tuesday and painting will begin Wednesday (10 should be completed on Monday 7/31). Work progress is weather permitting. Call or email with any questions.
For the week of 7/17: Our crew will not be working on Monday due to overnight rain. Building 12 is expected to be complete by Tuesday. Washing for Building 11 will begin on Wednesday and painting on Thursday. Building 11 is expected to be completed by next Tuesday. Call or email with any questions.
For the week of 7/10: Our crew is working on Building 15, which is expected to be completed on Wednesday. Building 12 will be prepped on Tuesday and painting will begin on Wednesday. Feel free to call or email with any questions.
For the week of 7/3: Our crew will be completing Building 21 on Wednesday, and will be power washing Building 15 on Wednesday as well. Painting for Building 15 will begin on Thursday. Note: No crew will be onsite Tuesday, July 4th.
For the week of 6/26: Our crew is expected to have Building 20 completed on Thursday. Power washing for Building 21 is being done on Wednesday and prepping/painting will begin on Thursday.
For the week of 6/19: Our crew will be completing Building 22 by Tuesday. Building 20 will be power washed on Monday and painting is expected to begin on Wednesday. Please call or email with questions.
For the week of 6/12: Our crew is power washing Building 22 on Monday and will start prepping & painting on Tuesday. Building 23 will also be completed on Tuesday. Carport painting will begin this week; please keep an eye out for a notice of when cars will need to be moved. Call or email with any questions.
For the week of 6/5: Our crew will complete Building 24 by Monday, end of day. Building 23 will be power washed on Monday as well and prepping will begin on Tuesday. Carport painting is expected to begin this week. Stay tuned for additional details.
For the week of 5/30: Our crew will be completing Building 14 by Wednesday. Building 24 has been power washed and will be prepped and painted starting Wednesday and is expected to take approximately 7 days to complete. Feel free to call or email with any questions.
For the week of 5/22: Building 13 will be completed by Tuesday. Our crew will begin power washing and prepping Building 14 on Tuesday. Building 14 is expected to take approximately 7 days to complete.
For the week of 5/15: Building 9 is being completed on Monday (5/15). Building 13 is being prepped for painting on Monday and painting will begin on Tuesday 5/16. Building 13 is expected to be completed on Monday 5/22 (weather permitting). Please call or email with any questions.
For the week of 5/8: Building 16 will be completed on Tuesday (except some doors that still need to be painted). Building 9 is in the painting process and is expected to be completed on Thursday.
For the week of 5/1/2017: Our crew is currently painting Building 16, which is expected to be completed on Wednesday. Power washing on Building 9 will start on Wednesday followed by painting. Building 9 is expected to take approximately 7 days to complete.
For the week of 4/24: Our crew is continuing the painting of Building 17 (building 18 is completed with the exception of some doors). Building 16 is being started Monday and is expected to take approximately 7 days to complete.
For the week of 4/17: Our crew is continuing the painting of Buildings 17 & 18. Building 18 is expected to be completed by Friday, & Building 17 is expected to be completed by next Friday (4/28). Feel free to call or email with any questions.
For the week of 4/10: Our crew is continuing the painting of Building 18, which is expected to be completed by Thursday. The prepping for painting of Building 17 will begin Thursday and is expected to take approximately 6-7 working days to complete. Feel free to call or email with questions.
For the week of 4/3: Our crew will be completing Building 19 by Tuesday and will also begin prepping/painting Building 18 on Tuesday. Building 18 is expected to take 7-10 days to finish. Please remove all decor from walls and place any patio furniture in the middle of the patio. Feel free to call or email with any questions.
For the week of 3/27 our crew is continuing the painting of Building 19, which should take the entire work week. Building 18 will receive notification of painting to begin 4/3. Please make sure that all decor is removed from exterior walls and any patio furniture is placed in the middle of the patio. Feel free to call or email our office with any questions.
For the week of 3/20/2017 our crew will be painting Building 19. Please remove any decor from the walls and place any patio furniture in the center of the patio. Feel free to call or email with any questions. *Rain delay 3/23*
For the week of 3/13/2017 our crew is continuing the painting at Building 2. They are expected to be finished by Thursday and will then begin prepping Building 19. Please call or email with any questions.
For the week of 3/6/2017 our crew will be washing, prepping, & painting Building 2. Please make sure that all decorations are removed from the walls & any patio furniture is placed in the middle of your patio. We’re expecting building 2 to take approximately 9 workdays to complete.
